These terms govern use of the Kova website. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement for paid projects.

Website information

Website content is general information about Kova’s business systems and automation services and does not itself create a client relationship.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are starting points unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on scope, integrations, business rules, migration, testing and support requirements.

Third-party services

Kova systems may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, databases, calendars or automation platforms. Unless a client agreement says otherwise, third-party subscriptions and transaction fees remain the client’s responsibility.

Intellectual property

Website branding, copy and original design belong to Kova or are used with permission. Project deliverables, client data and reusable Kova components are handled under the relevant client agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not deliberately interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, or use forms for spam, fraud or unlawful purposes.

Availability

Kova may update, suspend or remove website content and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
