KOVA

Privacy Notice

Pre-launch draft: Kova’s final legal business identity and geographic contact address must be inserted before public launch.

What we collect

When you contact Kova or request a workflow review, we may collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number, business type, the systems or workflows you want to improve, and the information you include in your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your workflow, assess whether Kova can help, prepare proposals where requested, keep reasonable business records, and protect the website from misuse.

Marketing

The workflow-review form is not a newsletter sign-up. Submitting an enquiry does not place you into an automated marketing sequence.

Sharing and processors

Kova may use service providers for hosting, email, security and CRM/database functions. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become client work are intended to be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, currently planned as 12 months unless a longer period is justified. Contractual and accounting records may be retained for longer where legally required.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Contact hello@thekova.co.uk.

Complaints

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
